How can I book to attend a conference?
If you would like to attend a conference, please fill in the booking form which can be downloaded from our website. This can be located by selecting the specific conference you want to attend and clicking the 'download brochure' option on the right hand side of the web page.
Alternatively you can book to attend a conference via our online booking process. This can be located by selecting the specific conference you want to attend and clicking the 'book a place online now' option on the right hand side of the web page.
Can I book to attend a conference by telephone?
We are unable to take telephone bookings and require a completed booking form to be able to process your booking.
Can I pay by invoice?
If you would like pay by invoice and you are filling in a hard copy of the booking form, please tick the 'by invoice' box on the right side of the booking form and fill in the address details. Please note if your organisation requires a purchase order number to be quoted on the invoice, please request this from your supplier/finance department and provide this to us at your earliest convenience, in order for us to be able to raise an invoice and process your booking.
If you are completing the booking form online, you have the option of selecting to pay by invoice when you reach the 'Payment Options' page. Please scroll down to the bottom of this page and click the tab 'Request an invoice'.
How much does the conference cost?
To find out the price of a conference, please select the specific conference from our conference list and click 'list of conference fees' on the right hand side of the web page.
Is accommodation included in the conference price?
Accommodation is not included in the conference fee however we have appointed Venue Search to assist with booking overnight accommodation for delegates. Accommodation options will be sent to you on confirmation of your booking.
Where do I put the promotional code when booking online?
There is an option to put in your promotional code at the bottom of the second booking page 'add optional note and/or promotional code'.
When will my discount be applied so I know if it is correct before I press confirm when booking online?
Your discount will not be applied until we receive the booking form and process your booking.
Do we accept American Express?
We do not accept American Express however we accept all other major credit and debit cards.
Can you reserve me a provisional place?
We are able to reserve you a place provisionally. To reserve your place please email the contact at the bottom of the booking form. Please note your booking is not confirmed until we receive a completed booking form.
How do I find the missing presentations from the conference handbook?
The missing presentations from your conference handbook can be found on the link that appears on the yellow piece of paper at the front of your conference handbook.
If I have booked to attend a conference and I am now unable to attend, can someone else go in my place?
We are happy to substitute delegates at any time. We need all changes in writing so please email the contact at the bottom of the booking form.
Can a cancel my booking to attend the conference?
A refund, less a 20% administration fee, will be made if cancellations are received, in writing, at least 4 weeks before the conference. We regret that any cancellation after this time cannot be refunded, and that refunds for failure to attend the conference cannot be made, but substitute delegates are welcome at any time.
