This conference aims to learn lessons and share good and outstanding practice from the CQC inspections in mental health services to date, and support your service to improve. Through national updates and practical case studies including case studies from trusts that have received an outstanding rating from the CQC, the conference will 

  • Update you on the next state of the CQC inspection process in mental health
  • Support you to learn from the trusts that have been rated good and outstanding
  • Understand how you can improve culture and develop high quality mental health services
  • Develop measures and metrics to demonstrate effective care
  • Deliver effective service user involvement and improve service user experience
  • Get staffing and skill mix right
  • Network with fellow delegates and share good practice examples
