Mental Health Awareness Week 8 – 14 May 2017

“Good mental health is more than the absence of a mental health problem” Mental Health Foundation, 2017

This year the Mental Health Foundation are going to look at mental health from a new angle. Rather than ask why so many people are living with mental health problems, they are looking to why too few of us are thriving with good mental health.

The Mental Health Foundations new report  found that nearly two thirds of people have experienced mental ill health at some point in there lifetime and that just 13% of people are living with high levels of good mental health.
