Chaired by Susan Osborne CBE Chair The Safe Staffing Alliance and with national updates from Health Education England and The Royal College of Nursing this national CPD certified conference will focus on delivering safer staffing and implementing the National Guidance on safer staffing in your service. The conference will include an extended session comprising a number of focused presentations on the key tools and principles you can use to plan and assess nurse staffing and skill mix in your service.  There will be discussion around the practicalities of implementing the tools and the advantages and disadvantages of each tool relative to the care setting.
