Working with Staff in Conflict

You are invited to attend our FREE breakfast meeting, which will explore helping to move staff and teams on from finding themselves in conflict, to becoming able to collaborate effectively together.
This meeting is one of a series of TavistockTalks, run by Tavistock Consulting, who are part of the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust.
This talk will explore how to approach situations with staff who find themselves pitted against each other in today’s fast-changing and highly pressurised healthcare landscape, and how to become able to better understand and work with the causes of tension in teams. It will show new approaches to help move those staff and teams on, towards effective working.
The seminar will bring together Directors, HR and Organisational Development Managers and Leads, and Senior Managers to look at the ways particular aspects of the current climate have an impact on staff and the factors that can contribute to conflict at work. It will also consider the complex dynamics at play in teams and the impact they can have on how a service performs, helping delegates to understand how to approach and support such difficulties and under-performance.
