Legal Masterclass: The Care Act 2014 A Practical Guide

This event has now past, but there may well be news on the event including presentations and quotes from the day at our News pages here, a full list of our forthcoming events is available here.

The Care Act 2014 reforms the law relating to care and support for adults and those caring for them.

This one-day course facilitated by Kate Hill will provide delegates with a practical understanding of the new primary and secondary legislation. The day will be case study led and, as always, delegates will be encouraged to discuss issues specific to their own practice.

An additional complementing one-day masterclass on Monday 2 February 2015 also facilitated by Kate Hill will explore, in detail, the new statutory safeguarding framework.  A discount is available if both masterclasses are attended.
