How to Write an Effective Business Case

This one day masterclass, aimed at Clinical Staff and Team Leads will focus on how to write a business case for projects that meet the needs of a constantly changing NHS, while using limited capital and revenue budgets.

A business case can be to maintain or improve an existing service or provide a new service. We will look at both the developmental phase and the subsequent planning and deployment phases.

We will look at what makes a business case effective and successful versus failed projects. We will also look at project management tools including PRINCE2.
