Transforming Patient Experience across Hospital Clinics

This Conference is now Closed

Virtual Mini Conference (10.00 - 12.55)

Free for NHS

This CPD conference will provide you with the opportunity to learn from outstanding practice in improving the performance of your clinic through Patient Flow and Patient Experience.
Following on from our successful CPD Patient Experience in Phlebotomy conference last November, we are broadening the conversation to include all clinics across healthcare settings. Our speakers will describe how fully accessible appointment scheduling impacts patient flow, and how you can decrease DNA’s by up to 90% - for every clinic that relies on patient appointments.

“The Covid-19 pandemic has further amplified the need for radical change in the provision of diagnostic services, but has also provided an opportunity for change.”

Professor Sir Mike Richards CBE Chair – Independent Review of Diagnostic Services for NHS England 2021

“Over 6.5 million people rely on 10to8 to manage over 900k NHS appointments per year. The NHS utilises 10to8 to organise short medical appointments, like blood tests at scale, while gaining essential patient behaviour insights and helpful data.”

10to8

“Effective phlebotomy services are the first step to providing quality pathology tests.”
