Masterclass: MHPS For Case Managers and Investigators

This event has now past, but there may well be news on the event including presentations and quotes from the day at our News pages here, a full list of our forthcoming events is available here.

The aim of this 1-day masterclass is to equip delegates with the skills to manage an MHPS case from start to finish and to tackle common pitfalls.

This masterclass will provide delegates  with the skills to effectively manage concerns about practitioners within the MHPS framework.  The course will cover all elements of MHPS and provide delegates with efficient strategies for moving through the framework.  We will also cover the main pitfalls and legal risks associated with the framework.  Delegates will be able to take part in discussions around practical case studies designed to illustrate the challenges in the MHPS framework and how to address them.

The course has been designed to ensure that delegates are made aware of all relevant national guidance and the framework itself.

Facilitated by Andrew Davidson, Partner at Hempsons Solicitors this masterclass is aimed at NHS Medical Directors, senior managers and HR professionals  who are likely to be called upon to undertake the role of Case Managers, investigators or advisors  under the Maintaining High Professional Standards (MHPS) framework.
