Amanda’s  biography

Amanda joined the Health Experiences team in 2009 and has over 18 years’ experience of managing market, healthcare and social research projects. Amanda specialises in obtaining patient experience feedback from community delivered and specialist services including the young, the elderly and those receiving end of life care. These also include people living with specialist or long term diseases, such as MND and dementia.

Amanda joined Picker Institute Europe from SPA Future Thinking. She has expertise in undertaking all aspects of quantitative and qualitative survey processes. Amanda has experience of managing research in the UK and internationally, identifying the preferences, motivations, and buying behaviour of customers through a rich variety of research methodologies.
