YoungMinds Chief Executive Sarah Brennan to chair 'Improving Mental Health Services for Young Adults'
YoungMinds Chief Executive Sarah Brennan to chair national conference on; ‘Improving Mental Health Services for Young Adults Supporting the Transition to Adulthood.’
Sarah will chair the CPD certified conference due to take place on Thursday 28th January 2016 at the ICO Conference Centre, London. James Downs a young adult with lived experience and representatives from YoungMinds will open the conference with their perspectives on mental health services for young adults and will later conclude the conference with their feedback and summary of the day.
Through national updates and practical case study presentations the conference which also includes an opening presentation by Dr Jacqueline Cornish OBE National Clinical Director for Children, Young People and Transition to Adulthood will provide guidance on improving mental health services for young adults, and supporting the transition from child and adolescent mental health services to adult services in practice.
