“one in six members of staff, 15%, report that they have experienced physical violence from patients, relatives or members of the public.” NHS Staff Survey, NHS England  5th March 2018

This conference will focus on ensuring adherence to the National NICE Quality Standard on Violence and Aggression. The quality standard focuses on short-term management of violent and physically threatening behaviour among adults, children and young people with a mental health problem.
