This one day masterclass will focus on the journey of building a high performance team through to motivating and gaining commitment from them. We will also look at remote teams and crisis management. High performance teams is a concept within organization development referring to teams that are highly focused on their goals. They achieve superior business results and outperform all other similar teams and outperform expectations given their composition.

According to 2015/16 NHS staff survey, 28% staff agreed that their team did not have a shared goal. A study estimated that U.S. hospitals waste over $12 billion annually as the result of miscommunications between healthcare providers. A driver for many healthcare organisations is a shift from volume to value (NHS Scotland).

All Clinical Staff and Team Leads should attend.
