Understanding the demand and capacity required for Follow-Up and in outpatient and diagnostic services

This Conference is now Closed

Understanding the demand and capacity required for Follow-Up and in outpatient and diagnostic services.

This fourth masterclass concentrates on Follow-up. Follow-up patients are known to have serious pathology – that’s why they are being followed up!  However, there are no targets for Follow-up and they are not seen as a priority in the initial Post-COVID recovery phase and we need to keep them safe.

Key learning objectives.

  • how do we work out the demand for Follow-up?
  • how do we plan the future capacity needed to see them in out-patients and diagnostics, including the ‘backlog’ of patients waiting for follow-up during COVID?

Discount for attending all five half day Outpatient masterclasses: £195+ VAT per masterclass or, £750+VAT for all five.
