Delegates will leave with a combination of theory, practical exercises and examples so that they can ‘give it a go’ in their own service. All Outpatient service managers and information analytics staff should attend. This third masterclass concentrates on tackling the waiting lists and delays for clinics. Since the Covid-19 lockdown, we have 3 months’ worth of patients waiting in the community to be referred to Outpatient services. How do we tackle this queue in a time to prevent serious complications and keep our patients safe?
