This includes how to use simple tools and techniques to design a session which is bespoke to the individual and their current circumstances. Facilitator: Tim has worked in the social care sector since 1987 and various roles which include; adult family placements (now shared lives), support worker, Registered Manager and Responsible Individual. Since 2008 Tim has been a trainer and consultant in the social care sector and delivers training on a wide range of subjects for local authorities and care providers.
Tim also provides a consultancy service which includes; service audits (mock inspections), mentoring for Registered Managers and Providers, strategic advice and support. Tim is a regular chair and presenter at conferences and events for the social care sector and has authored many articles for the care sector publications.
