Centre of Quality in Governance (CQG) Series

A comprehensive and interactive series of masterclasses presented by acknowledged clinical, governance and quality improvement experts with practical experience of governance by chairing or membership of NHS trust boards or undertaking statutory inspections and quality improvement programmes.

The programme is based on the 50 years plus combined experience of the presenters working in all four UK NHS nations as well as overseas. The key concept is being able to avoid surprises by asking the right questions at the front line, service support departments and at the Board and senior management team levels, and to know when receiving a good and timely answer.

The interactive nature of the programme encourages challenge and improvement. All participants will be given access to the relevant e-learning modules for further study and reflection.

Each masterclass has its own set of learning objectives, the final one of each is to be able to apply the learning to the participant’s own organisation using the provided CQG Maturity Matrix. The matrix can be reused to set objectives and consider progress over coming months.

Fees: £195 +vat per individual masterclass, or attend all 6 and save
