I worked clinically as a specialist speech and language therapist in older persons mental health from 1994 until 2017. Prior to that I held a research post at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery.

Completed PhD in 2016 – a mixed methods RCT looking at a CBT intervention for carers of people with dementia and communication difficulties

My role includes overseeing our library and knowledge service, clinical audit and service evaluation programme, virtual workshops, Quality Improvement and researcher development programme.
