This one day masterclass will focus on Just culture with examples to see how it fits into Human Factors and PSIRF. The framework of a just culture ensures balanced accountability for both individuals and the organization responsible for designing and improving systems in the workplace.
We will look at Freedom to Speak up and Psychological Safety. We will look at raising awareness, implementing policies to support just culture and building just culture into organisational practices and processes.
"In a just culture, both the organization and its people are held accountable while focusing on risk, systems design, human behaviour, and patient safety."
