This one day masterclass will focus on how to use Emotional Intelligence to improve workplace relationships. Emotional Intelligence is our mind’s ability to perceive, manage, and express emotions effectively in real life. Like I.Q., emotional intelligence varies from one person to another. While some people are gifted by birth in the way they understand and deal with people, others may need help to build their emotional skills. Gaining the expertise in emotional intelligence will also make you more understanding towards others and be able to build their trust in you. You will learn to make effective decisions, manage other people’s performances and demonstrate the strength of an emotionally intelligent leader.

The originators of emotional intelligence defined it as: “the ability to monitor feelings and emotions, to discriminate among them, and to use this information to guide one’s thinking and action…” and “…to perceive, express and assimilate emotion, understand and reason with emotion and regulate emotion in the self and others.”
