Emotional Intelligence Masterclass

This Conference is now Closed

NHS Framework Approved Training

This one day masterclass will focus on how to use Emotional Intelligence to improve workplace relationships, developing empathy, kindness and personal well-being

Emotional Intelligence is our mind’s ability to perceive, manage, and express emotions effectively in real life. Like IQ, emotional intelligence varies from one person to another. While some people are gifted by birth in the way they understand and deal with people, others may need help to build their emotional skills.

Developing your emotional intelligence will also make you more understanding towards others and be able to build their trust in you. You will learn to make effective and psychologically safe decisions, to increase creativity, performance and demonstrate the strength of an emotionally intelligent leader.

All Clinical Staff and Team Leads should attend.

The originators of emotional intelligence defined it as: “the ability to monitor feelings and emotions, to discriminate among them, and to use this information to guide one’s thinking and action…” and “…to perceive, express and assimilate emotion, understand and reason with emotion and regulate emotion in the self and others.”
