RESPONSIVE: Achieving CQC Outstanding under the New Single Assessment Framework

The CQC have now confirmed that although moving to a single assessment framework they will still use the five key questions (safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led) and four-point ratings scale (outstanding, good, requires improvement and inadequate). (CQC July 2022)

This masterclass will update delegates on CQC developments under the single assessment framework and the quality statements and evidence categories. The masterclass focuses on the Responsive key line of enquiry, to assess how your service is performing. The masterclass is aimed at Clinical Staff, Team Leads and Senior Management.

  • Supports CPD professional development and acts as revalidation evidence. This course provides 5 Hrs training for CPD subject to peer group approval for revalidation purposes
