This one day masterclass will focus on culture with healthcare organisations. We will look at effective ways to encourage healthcare organisations to unlock culture to improve both patient safety and staff safety.

The Ockendon report (2022) reports a ‘Toxic culture’ of “undermining and bullying” left staff struggling to finish shifts and crying at work. Two thirds of staff said they had witnessed or experienced bullying. The report identified an “us and them” divide between doctors and midwives.
