This one day masterclass will focus on Compassionate Leadership with Teams working effectively and productively through civility. In surveys up to 98% of workers have experienced rude behaviour and 99% have witnessed it. 50% has stated that they were treated badly at least once a week.
We will look at how Compassionate Leadership can be used to improve team relationships, engagement and patient safety.
