  • Avoid discrimination and biased assumptions by ensuring equal opportunities policies are put into practice.

  • Comply with best practice, ensuring that a proactive management approach is encouraged when managing diversity and inclusion

  • Appreciate the importance of recent case law and critical employment legislation and its impact on equality and diversity that effects the overall success of an organisation

  • Identify ongoing personal development and coaching needs and establish an action plan accordingly.
