It is an opportunity to share ideas and eureka moments, a chance to build and develop our skills and to join with like minded individuals who understand the value of small and big interventions. Simply put this conference is the place to connect and change the lives and careers of those who care for us.”
Dr Helen Garr, Medical Director, NHS Practitioner Health
We are aware that the last few years have created intolerable pressures on staff, but also that many people have been focused on interventions and support to make a difference to the work experience of those in health and care settings. This CPD certified conference will focus on Caring for those who care - restoring health, careers and lives. We will be joined by a range of speakers and organisations who understand the challenges and impact of poor mental health and have been at the forefront of identifying and making changes to improve their own or the wider workforce wellbeing.
